Chúng đi từ 5 đến 7 xe có mã tấu, kiếm, roi điện và thậm chí có cả súng... Chúng ngang nhiên bắt chó ngay trước mặt dân làng và đánh trả quyết liệt, thậm chí sẵn sàng giết người nếu ai đuổi theo.

Tôi viết những lời này vì quá bức xúc trước bọn trộm chó lộng hành. Nếu chúng ta chỉ nghe qua bài báo thì ai cũng lên án hành động của người dân về hành động coi thường tính mạng con người, coi thường pháp luật. Nhưng nào ai hiểu được tâm trạng của người chủ khi bị mất chó và bị chúng hù dọa đến tính mạng mình.
Chúng đi từ 5 đến 7 xe kèm theo vũ khí như mã tấu, kiếm, roi điện và thậm chí cả súng ... Chúng hoạt động có tổ chức, băng đảng rõ rệt. Chúng rất manh động, liều lĩnh và hiên ngang bắt chó ngay trước mặt mọi người. Chúng đánh trả quyết liệt nếu ai phát hiện và đuổi theo. Thậm chí, chúng sẵn sàng tước đoạt mạng sống của chủ nhân con chó nếu chúng gặp nguy hiểm.
Hai tên trộm chó bị bắt khi đang tháo chạy trên tuyến đường ĐT 741 thuộc xã Hòa Lợi, huyện Bến Cát (tỉnh Bình Dương). Ảnh Quang Bình - Ngọc Thuận.
Chính vì vậy, quê tôi đã có chuyện khi phát hiện bọn trộm chó là cả làng tụ tập 30 đến 40 người để mai phục nếu bắt được họ sẵn sàng đốt xe và đốt cả người. Do các bạn sống ở nơi bình yên, không có nạn trộm chó nên các bạn không biết tại sao người dân ở các tỉnh họ lại phẫn nộ đến như vậy. Các bạn có biết bọn trộm chó khi bị bắt, nhiều lắm là bị phạt 2 triệu đồng và thu giữ dụng cụ hành nghề và pháp luật không truy tố được vì hành vi trộm chó chỉ là trộm vặt.
Nếu bắt bồi thường thiệt hại cho người dân cũng không đủ chứng cứ để quy tội, trong khi bọn trộm chó rất manh động. Người dân biết nhà mình mất chó cũng không làm gì được vì nếu ra ngăn cản có thể bị đánh bằng roi điện, thậm chí bị chém, rất nguy hiểm đến tính mạng. Với một đội "thợ săn" 4 người chỉ một tháng là có thể bắt tất cả chó trong một xã (bình quân khoảng 500 con). Nếu mỗi con trị giá 2 triệu đồng thì tính tổng lại tội ác của chúng gây ra không phải nhỏ.
Đó chính là một trong những nguyên nhân dẫn đến nỗi nhức nhối của xã hội, đó là việc người dân chúng tôi thường bắt được kẻ trộm chó là không giao nộp cho chính quyền mà "xử" tại chỗ.

Tui ủng hộ, nếu nhà nước không bảo vệ tài sản và tính mạng dân chúng thì chúng ta phải tổ chức đoàn kết lại để bảo vệ gia đình và tài sản của chúng ta, tụi này thịt chó trước, cướp của giết người sau khi hết chó, giống như khi xưa tụi du kích hay lần mò về nhà dân khi màn đêm buông xuống cho nên để không bị phát hiện chúng đã đánh thuốc giết hết chó, bây giờ cũng vậy chúng bắt hết chó chúng sẽ ăn cướp nhà dân cho nên bây giờ không là chuyện bắt chó thông thường nữa mà với âm mưu thâm độc hơn nên chúng mới liều mạng hơn và sẵng sàng giết những ai cãn trỡ chúng hãy đập tan âm mưu của chúng khi nó mới bắt đầu nhen nhúm. Đoàn kết thì sống chia rẽ thì chết.

Cái gì cũng có 2 mặt nhỉ!
Tui cũng thuộc loại ...”nóng gà” dân sao phải giết người,chỉ vì mấy con chó; nhưng nghe câu chuyện này với những tên bắt chó âm mưu đe dọa gây nguy hại với chủ chó, dĩ nhiên là tui ủng hộ ....”uýnh chết mẹ” nó luôn....dám bắt chó còn hăm giết tao....Có "dịp" đập túi bụi liền chứ còn ngại gì nữa chứ!!! Hehehe...

Xả hội nếu có cầu ắc phải có cung . Cái lổ lớn nhất là do những người ăn thịt chó mà ra. Nếu như không ai ăn thịt chó thì chúng nó bắt chó để làm gì nhỉ ???
Tôi có nghe qua mấy tên bợm nhậu truyền khẩu như thế nầy :Sống không ăn thịt chó chết không có mà ăn . Đó ăn đi . Vì miếng thịt chó mà giá trị của con người thua cả chó . Nhục cho dân ta đời đời ngu muội.

Nóng gà làm chi .Tâm tịnh khí hoà . Chuyện gì thì cũng nên tìm hiểu nguyên do . Nếu phải ”uýnh chết mẹ”nó luôn thì nên uýnh mấy tên đại gia ,cán bộ hoạc là chổ nào bán thịt chó kìa . Vì những người nầy thừa tiền lắm của nên bầy trò nhiều trò ăn nhậu thịt chó thì tự nhiên sẽ sinh ra tệ nạn trộm chó . ÔI... Vì cái văn hoá thịt chó nầy mà mầy tên bưng bô tự cho là quốc hồn quốc tuý gì đó . ”uýnh chết mẹ”nó đi.

Hehehe... tui thì không ăn chó nhưng ai thích ăn là chuyện của họ. Tui khoái "úynh chết mẹ" tên nào khoái ăn thịt bò, thịt heo, thịt gà, vv..vv... mà "cấm" không cho người ta ăn thịt người ta thích.

Tui chỉ chống cái "sự cố" thích có thịt chó ăn hay bán ....mà không chịu mở trại nuôi chó mà ...đi ăn cắp chó mà còn muốn hành hung chủ chó. Còn ăn uống đàng hoàng thì ...nhục cái con mẹ gì....!!!!

Hehehe... tui thì không ăn chó nhưng ai thích ăn là chuyện của họ. Tui khoái "úynh chết mẹ" tên nào khoái ăn thịt bò, thịt heo, thịt gà, vv..vv... mà "cấm" không cho người ta ăn thịt người ta thích.

Tui chỉ chống cái "sự cố" thích có thịt chó ăn hay bán ....mà không chịu mở trại nuôi chó mà ...đi ăn cắp chó mà còn muốn hành hung chủ chó. Còn ăn uống đàng hoàng thì ...nhục cái con mẹ gì....!!!!
