Default Sắp phúc thẩm Phương Uyên, Nguyên Kha
Luật sư bào chữa cho hay phiên phúc thẩm Đinh Nguyên Kha và Nguyễn Phương Uyên sẽ được tiến hành vào ngày 16/8 tới.

Luật sư Nguyễn Văn Miếng, bào chữa cho Đinh Nguyên Kha, nói ông đã nhận thông báo về ngày phúc thẩm. Trong khi đó luật sư của Nguyễn Phương Uyên, ông Hà Huy Sơn, nói với BBC ông chưa nhận được giấy của tòa, "có lẽ do gửi bưu điện chưa tới nơi".Nguyễn Phương Uyên và Đinh Nguyên Kha bị Tòa án Long An xử tù 6 năm và 8 năm tù giam hôm 16/5 vì tội Tuyên truyền chống Nhà nước XHCN theo Điều 88 Bộ Luật Hình sự.

Hai người này cũng sẽ bị 3 năm quản chế sau khi mãn hạn tù.

Cả hai người sau đó đều đã kháng án.

Phương Uyên, 20 tuổi, bị bắt từ hồi đầu tháng 10/2012 ở thành phố Hồ Chí Minh còn Đinh Nguyên Kha bị bắt sau đó. Cả hai người liên quan vụ rải truyền đơn tại cầu An Sương tháng 10 năm ngoái.

Cáo trạng nói hai người là thành viên tổ chức Tuổi trẻ yêu nước, bị cho là chống đối chính quyền trong nước.
'Treo cờ vàng ba sọc'

Nguyễn Phương Uyên, sinh viên Đại học Công nghiệp Thực phẩm TP HCM, bị nói là đã dán và treo cờ vàng ba sọc hồi tháng 8/2012, đồng thời chụp ảnh ghi lại việc này.

Truyền thông trong nước hồi tháng 11/2012 nói các tang vật mà cơ quan điều tra thu được gồm hơn 700 tờ truyền đơn, cờ vàng ba sọc đỏ của chế độ miền Nam Việt Nam trước đây cùng hơn hai kg hóa chất tạo thuốc nổ cùng một số vật chứng khác.

Một số chính phủ và tổ chức quốc tế đã lên tiếng bày tỏ quan ngại về vụ xét xử Kha và Uyên hôm 16/5, được biết chỉ diễn ra trong vòng một ngày.

Ngày 15/6 vừa qua, anh trai của Đinh Nguyên Kha là Đinh Nhật Uy cũng bị bắt tại Long An để điều tra tội Lợi dụng quyền tự do dân chủ theo Điều 258 Bộ Luật Hình Sự.

Hiện Đinh Nhật Uy chưa được mang ra xét xử.

Làm bộ như công lư có chổ đứng chỉ là màn kịch ép phải đóng cho trôi rốt cuộc cả hai nhân vật có trái tim VN cũng sẻ như Điếu Cày thôi, có cửa ǵ mà xử trắng án được v́ dám đá động tới chuyện tồi bại hèn hạ của lủ người cộng sản lảnh đạo làm cản đường bán nước của tụi nó, 5 - 10 năm tù là bản án đă định sẳn rồi thí có quan ṭa nào dám trái lịnh v́ quan ṭa cũng sợ đi tù v́ xử theo công tâm và mất hết bổng lộc hối lộ, ở VN làm ǵ c̣n quan ṭa nào thanh bạch không màn đến hối lộ.

Ở Vn hiện nay không có tự do lấy ǵ buộc tội là lợi dụng tự do? C̣n về 2 em ĐNK và NPU đă tuyên bố trước ṭa rằng họ không có tội khi thể hiện ḷng yêu nước chống quân xâm lược cũng như không chấp nhận đảng Cộng Sản.Hai điêu nay đă vi phạm luật ǵ !? Tôi nghĩ cả chính quyền độc tài và ṭa án rừng rú nên tự bào chửa cho ḿnh trước lời nói thẳng thắng của ĐNK và NPU mới đúng! Nếu kết tội 2 người bạn trẻ này th́ chính quyền CS và ṭa án bù nh́n một lần nữa đă trắng trợn tuyên bố với công luận rằng họ không những đang đàn áp tự do ngôn luận,nhân quyền mà c̣n tiếp tay cho ngoại bang giết chết ḷng yêu nước của dân tộc VN!.

Hăy chờ mà xem. Tụi CS chó chết này một là sẽ giữ nguyên án. C̣n tồi tệ hơn nữa là sẽ tăng thêm án. Thứ nhất là để trả thù cái tội dám kháng án. Thừ hai, quan trọng hơn là dùng vụ xử kháng án lần này để dằn mặt những người khác.

Nếu các ACE là nhà nước cộng sản th́ phải xử sao cho đúng? Nói thử tui nghe coi. C̣n với tui, 1 phát đạn vào màng tang là hợp lư nhất! Nhưng v́ tuổi trẻ ngu muội, bị xúi dục, nên bỏ bót khoảng 5, 10 năm là OK rồi, hay chờ thời điểm thích hợp sẽ thả ra. Các ACE thấy sao?
