Đoạn video được đang tải trên kênh al-Masdar News ghi lại cảnh một phiến quân IS lao chiếc xe bán tải chất đầy bom vào một tiền đồn quân sự tại Rukban, nằm trên biên giới Jordan - Syria. Đây là căn cứ quân sự chung của cả binh sĩ Mỹ và Jordan.

Vụ nổ kinh hoàng đã khiến 6 binh sĩ Jordan tử vong cùng 14 binh sĩ khác nguy kịch. Tuy nhiên, phía quân đội Mỹ từ chối cung cấp thông tin về con số thương vong của binh lính nước này.
